Raycast Integration
Use Antbase with Raycast AI on macOS. Configure Raycast to use your Antbase API key for AI Chat, Quick AI commands, and custom AI extensions.

Quick Start
1. Open Raycast Settings
Open Raycast (Cmd+Space or your hotkey), then go to Settings (gear icon) > Extensions > AI.
2. Configure the OpenAI provider
Under Model Provider, select OpenAI Compatible and configure:

Type "AI Chat" in Raycast or use the Quick AI shortcut on selected text.

Usage Examples
Quick AI on selected text
Select text in any app, invoke Raycast, and run Quick AI commands like "Summarize", "Fix grammar", "Translate to Spanish", or "Explain this code".
Custom AI commands
Create custom Raycast AI commands for your specific workflows:
- Draft reply -- generate email responses from selected text
- Meeting notes -- format raw notes into structured summaries
- Code review -- analyze selected code for issues

Troubleshooting
AI features require Raycast Pro
Raycast's built-in AI features require a Pro subscription. However, with the OpenAI-compatible provider setting, you can use your own Antbase API key. Check your Raycast plan if AI options are not visible.
Model name not accepted
Some Raycast versions validate model names against a predefined list. If ant:auto is not accepted, try using a specific model ID like gpt-4o -- Antbase will still route it optimally.
